MONTH TO MONTH LISTINGS PRICES
For the month of January through October 2014 listing prices have gradually increased by 10% coupled with a decreasing number of active listings Indicating a short supply market.
MONTH TO MONTH SALES PRICES
For the months of january through october 2014 there has been a 12% gradual increase in confirmed sales prices. The list to sales price ratio is 2-3% indicating a soft to medium sellers market.
MONTH TO MONTH LISTING PERIOD – DAYS ON MARKET {DOM}
Over the course of 2014 the month-to-month active property listing period has dropped from 43 days to 22 days on the market as property inventory continues to.decrease.
